shri Harish Chandra Kardamb a living legend belongs to "JATAV"( a strong caste group of north indian Schedule Caste) born in Delhi, finally migrated to Rajasthan and established in Bharatpur district, after a long Government Service, he finally made Jodhpur his battle of justice.
